Booking Conditions &
Cancellation Policy
If
you decide to book one of the tours featured on this website the
following Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policies apply:
Payment
To confirm a booking a 20% deposit is required. This can be paid as
follows:
By credit card (AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD). A 3% ccard/admin fee is
charged on all credit card transactions.
The balance is normally settled 28 days prior to the tour date or in the
case of a tour including hotel accommodation and transfers it will be 28
days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Charges
Deposit amount if cancelled between the day that you book and and 29
days prior to tour date/arrival date
30% of total reservation is cancelled between 28 days and 15 days prior
to tour date/arrival date
50% of total reservation is cancelled between 15 days and 5 days prior
to tour date/arrival date
90% of total reservation is cancelled between 4 days and day prior to
tour date/arrival date
No refund for NO SHOWS
Tours for Cruise Line Passengers
If you have booked a one day tour/shore excursion and the cruise liner
changes the itinerary which may result in the cruise ship not entering
port OR the cruise ship does not enter port due to bad weather or any
other reason which may result the ship not entering port, you will
receive a full refund excluding our expenses. Expenses include deposits
that we would have paid on your behalf to book a service, museum tickets
required to be purchased in advance and other similar services. As these
expenses do change between the different ports and also depending on the
tour that has been booked and confirmed for you.
How to Book
We can provide a secure online booking form so that you can confirm a
booking. If you choose to call us or email your personal details
including credit card information, you do so at your own risk. It is
also assumed that you have read and understood the Booking Conditions &
Cancellation Policy.
